About Michael Leavey
Michael Leavey is a qualified and experienced town planner, based on the NSW Central Coast. Michael provides planning and development services on the Central Coast, and in the Hunter, and Sydney metropolitan areas.
Michael has over 35 years experience working in the state, local and private planning sectors. Prior to establishing his consultancy in 2014 he was the Regional Director for the Hunter & Central Coast Region with the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure, and held senior positions in local government prior to that.
Michael is a Chair of the Cumberland and Mosman Local Planning Panels, and is an expert member on a number of Local Planning Panels. Between 2016 and 2019 Michael was a State-appointed panel member and alternate Chair of the Hunter & Central Coast Regional Planning Panel.
